By using Twin, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use Twin

Twin is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

2. What Twin is

Twin is an AI-powered social connection platform. Your AI twin is a digital personality built from your quiz answers, designed to help introduce you to compatible people. Twin does not guarantee any specific matches or connections.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or impersonate another person. One account per person — duplicate accounts will be removed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Twin to harass, abuse, or harm others. You may not use Twin for commercial purposes, spam, or to distribute illegal content. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

5. AI twin content

Your AI twin is generated by artificial intelligence based on your quiz answers. Twin conversations are not stored permanently. You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected.

6. Privacy

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time from Profile → Data & Privacy.

7. Limitation of liability

Twin is provided as-is. We are not liable for any connections made or not made through the platform, or for the actions of other users. Use your own judgement when meeting people.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Twin after changes means you accept the new terms.
